There's no standard version of your company, and no standard version of our work. Instead of fixed packages, you get an approach built around your situation.

Pay for Hire

Results Without Risk

International talent markets are complex. With over ten years of experience, we know where to look — and in the classic pay-for-hire model, you pay only when we deliver. The risk stays with us.

Outsourcing

A team that scales with you

Postings, sourcing, application intake, platform licenses — the operational side of your recruiting moves to us, run by our own team on our own infrastructure. The decision on every hire remains yours. What you hand over is workload, not responsibility.

Consulting

Built to run without us

We build your recruiting the way we operate ourselves — audience analysis, channel selection, candidate outreach, follow-up. No slide deck at the end, just processes your team takes over from day one.

Not every need calls for the same solution

A key position you can't fill, not enough capacity for the day-to-day, or a process that stopped working: each situation has its own model — and the same team behind all three.

Benchmarks from your industry

How long a comparable search actually takes, what salaries the market is really paying, where candidates drop out of the process: these numbers only emerge from running many searches in the same industry.

The right fit begins with knowing the market

Our model for successful recruiting

Hiring works as a system of interlocking factors — more applicants won't fix it. Below are the nine components that guide our work. Take a look at where your own process stands.

Market intelligence

FAQ

About Rosier + Partner

Most providers have one model: they fill positions and get paid per placement. We do that too — but we also do the opposite, which is putting companies in a position to hire without outside help. Which of the three models applies depends on what's missing: a position, capacity, or a process that holds up.

Over ten years filling technical and scientific positions, from engineers to the executive level, both domestically and internationally. Alongside that, the operational side — active sourcing, candidate outreach, employer branding — and the design of recruiting processes for companies of all sizes.

The focus is on chemicals, pharma, semiconductors, machinery and plant engineering, energy, food, and IT, plus consulting and investment firms. For sectors outside that scope, we assess upfront whether we know the market well enough — if we don't, we'll tell you.

Pay for Hire

We charge per placement rather than for time spent. The fee is calculated from the annual salary of the role and set before we start. If the search comes to nothing, you pay nothing — the risk is ours.

Either works. Exclusive assignments carry a lower fee, since the effort involved is predictable. Working with several providers at once frequently results in the same candidates being contacted more than once, especially in narrow talent pools.

It typically takes two to three weeks before the first suitable profiles are presented for specialized roles. After that, the timeline depends on your side: scheduling interviews, coordinating with the hiring manager, reaching a decision on the offer — plus the candidate's notice period.

Consulting

No slide deck, but a process that's up and running: defined workflows, configured tools, a trained team. When we're done, your people run searches on their own — that's the standard the project is held to.

Your team is part of it from day one — defining the target audience, setting things up, and putting the processes into practice. The workload is genuine and should be scheduled in; it's the precondition for the processes running without us later on.

Based on project scope and fixed before the work begins. Pricing depends on how many target audiences are involved, how many processes need to be built, and how long the support phase runs. This model has no performance-based components.

Outsourcing

The decision on every hire remains yours. What moves to us is the operational work — postings, sourcing, pre-screening, application management — and the candidates we put forward are yours to decide on.
