Additionally, we consider publicly available data, particularly your professional presence on platforms such as LinkedIn. Why is it necessary to collect and process data?
For our candidates: The processing of your data is the necessary basis to fully realize our services and initiate potential employment relationships with our clients. Additionally, we use it to fulfill legal obligations and coordinate our internal collaboration. This ensures professional, legally compliant support that combines your professional goals and the protection of your interests.
For our partner companies: The processing of your corporate data is the necessary basis for the comprehensive provision of our consulting services. In addition, we fulfill legal requirements and coordinate our internal cooperation. This ensures a professional, legally compliant partnership that combines your entrepreneurial growth goals with the security of your business interests.
Who else has access to your data besides us?
For our candidates and partner companies: Your data remains within a trusted circle that serves exclusively to realize your professional or entrepreneurial goals. To open up new perspectives and create synergies, we share – as needed – relevant profiles or company information with our respective clients and partner companies.
For operational support and quality assurance, we also engage specialized service providers, subcontractors, and freelancers. These partners act as an extension of our services and are strictly and seamlessly bound to our high data protection standards through comprehensive contracts. Any further disclosure to third parties occurs only if there is a legal obligation to do so or through the use of analytical tools (such as Google cookies), which help us to continuously optimize our online presence for you.
What is the legal basis for our data processing?
The processing of your data is based on the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What are your rights?
- Right of withdrawal: Certain data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification via email is sufficient for the withdrawal. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of a data protection breach. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the State Data Protection Officer of the federal state in which our company is based.

For candidates: What happens to your data after it has been forwarded to a client company?
In our Terms and Conditions, we obligate our clients to use data only within the scope of this process and to delete it if no contract is concluded with the candidate. Generally, however, the responsibility for this lies with the respective company. Should you have questions regarding the processing of your data by the client, we recommend contacting them directly. We are happy to support you in this regard.

LinkedIn Inside Tag
Our website uses the 'LinkedIn Insight Tag' conversion tool provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days.
